  • Supporting product teams in enhancing the user experience and driving higher product adoption across the business.
  • Serve as the point of contact for users reporting issues and help resolve them.

With the cross-functional team situated partially in the Netherlands and partially in Hungary, the BPA acts as the bridge to provide context and clarity to their direct colleagues.

Your Profile:

  • A higher professional education or university degree with around 4 years’ experience in a similar position.

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Fundamentals is a must-have.

  • You have good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.

Furthermore, you must be willing to:

  • Work from the KLM office in Budapest for at least 1 day per week.

What we offer:

  • A challenging role at a unique Dutch company.
  • A competitive gross salary.
