Business Project Manager (f/m/x)

Join Sii Poland and become a part of our Project Management Competency Center. Currently, we are looking for a Project Manager to support the U.S. market in launching oour client’s product in Argentina.

Your tasks

• Leading end-to-end product launch projects (from concept to market introduction)
• Planning and managing project scope, timelines, and key milestones
• Coordinating cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory)
• Ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders
• Preparing go-to-market activities (pricing, positioning, sales readiness)
• Managing budget, resources, and delivery timelines
• Identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring compliance
• Tracking progress and reporting to key stakeholders
• Analyzing market trends, competition, and customer needs
• Evaluating post-launch performance and driving improvements
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing subcontractors and stakeholders
• Knowledge of the methodology of project management at an advanced level – confirmed by a certificate (PMI / PMP or/and PRINCE2 Practitioner)
• Knowledge of agile / waterfall project management and service management methodologies
• Technical knowledge in the field of designing and building IT systems
• Practical ability to use technologies in the field of project management
• Highly developed team management and communication skills
• Leadership and ability to lead and motivate a team
• Independence and good organization of work
• Very good command of the English language – as a must
