Reed is investing heavily in its Belfast operation, and we're looking for a Business Manager to drive the growth of our Business Support recruitment division across Northern Ireland.

Why now?

  • An existing Recruitment Manager or Business Manager seeking a bigger platform and greater autonomy.

What's most important is your ability to build relationships, win business, generate revenue and inspire future team growth.

The Opportunity

As a billing Business Manager, you'll lead from the front. You'll continue to develop your own desk while building a high-performing team around you.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Growing Reed's Business Support presence across Northern Ireland.
  • Winning and developing new client relationships.
  • Building a high-quality candidate network.
  • Generating and managing your own revenue stream.
  • Creating a clear growth strategy for the division.
  • Hiring, coaching and developing future team members.
  • Driving performance, activity and service excellence.
  • Becoming the go-to Business Support recruitment specialist in your market.

Why Reed?

At Reed, you'll have the freedom to build your business with the support of a market-leading brand behind you.

We offer:

  • Uncapped commission.

  • Industry-leading recruitment technology.
  • Clear management and leadership progression pathways.
  • Ongoing learning and development.
  • Paid sabbaticals at 5, 10, 15 and 20 years' service.
  • Employee wellbeing support.
  • Long service awards and recognition programmes.
  • The opportunity to build and lead your own specialist division.
