Business Sales Manager (Hungarian Market)

Today, thousands of online stores and brands use theMarketer to grow their sales through email marketing, SMS marketing, marketing automation, loyalty programs, and advanced personalization.

We're looking for a Business Sales Manager to help us grow our business in Hungary by building relationships with eCommerce companies, brands, and local partners.

What you'll do

• Find and develop new business opportunities in Hungary.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Reach out the prospects (eCommerce companies, retailers, and any business who communicate)
• Understand customer needs and recommend them the right theMarketer solution.
• Run sales meetings and product demos.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from the first conversation to closing the deal.
• Represent theMarketer in online meetings, face-to-face meetings, and industry events.
• Work closely with the Product, Customer Success, and Management teams.
• Share customer and market feedback to help improve the product.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Travel occasionally to meet customers and attend events.

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling SaaS, marketing services, software, eCommerce, or similar technology solutions.
• Experience selling technical software is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, or loyalty programs is an advantage.
• Native or fluent Hungarian.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and explain how our solution creates value.
• Results-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Self-organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• A consultative sales approach and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.
