Business Solutions Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical and customer-focused Business Solutions Analyst to drive successful software implementations, business process improvements, and solution delivery for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working closely with stakeholders, and translating business requirements into practical technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document business requirements. Conduct workshops and engage with clients to understand business processes. Design and implement business solutions using Arch Enterprise. Collaborate with clients, IT teams, developers, and management. Facilitate solution testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance. Manage implementation projects and support change management initiatives. Deliver training and ongoing support to clients. Identify opportunities for process optimisation and innovation.
