About the Role Strategic thinking partner for Holafly's leadership team, translating ambiguous business questions into structured analysis and actionable recommendations. This role sits at the intersection of corporate strategy, business analytics, and cross-functional execution, driving the projects that shape how Holafly grows, competes, and allocates resources across its global operation. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end strategic projects: problem structuring, hypothesis-driven analysis, and recommendation development for senior leadership. Build business cases and financial models to support key investment and resource-allocation decisions. Conduct market, competitive, and internal performance analyses to identify growth opportunities and risks. Design and structure strategic frameworks tailored to Holafly's business questions. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Marketing, Operations and other departments to turn strategic recommendations into execution plans. Prepare and deliver clear, concise materials (decks, memos) for C-level and board-level audiences. Track strategic initiatives post-launch, ensuring recommendations translate into measurable impact. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting at a tier 1 firm or equivalent experience in corporate strategy/investment roles at a high-growth company. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills. Comfortable building frameworks and models from first principles, without a template to follow. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analysis into clear, executive-ready narratives. Experience managing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across functions. Comfort operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. Fluent English. Nice to have: Experience in travel, eSIM/telco, or adjacent digital consumer markets.
