Business Strategy Senior Consultant

Role Description The Business Strategy Senior Consultant is a full-time hybrid role based in Riyadh, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves collaborating with clients to assess current business performance, identify strategic opportunities, and design data-informed roadmaps for growth and operational improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and internal analyses, leading client workshops, developing business plans, and translating strategy into actionable initiatives. The Senior Consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement BEAMRA’s AI-powered solutions, monitor progress against key metrics, and refine recommendations based on results. The role also includes preparing presentations and reports for senior stakeholders, advising on best practices, and mentoring junior team members on consulting methods and strategic frameworks.

Qualifications

• Must be a Saudi citizen or a legal resident of Saudi Arabia.



• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, build business cases, and derive actionable insights.
• Experience in consulting and management consulting, with a track record of leading client engagements and delivering strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency in business planning and business strategy, including roadmap development, financial modeling, and performance measurement.
• Familiarity with technology-driven solutions, ideally AI or data analytics platforms, and their application to business operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Riyadh, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing client needs and priorities.
• Consulting experience in sectors such as technology, services, or customer experience optimization is an advantage.
