Manage and update client records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. Respond to client enquiries by phone and email, providing a professional and helpful service. Complete background checks, including fit and proper, criminal record and credit checks. Produce reports and maintain documentation to a high standard. Support the preparation of client correspondence and business documentation. Assist with data collection, reporting and record management activities. Work closely with colleagues to ensure client requests are completed within agreed service levels. Develop strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
