About the Role This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys connecting with people, keeping projects organized, solving problems, and helping multiple moving pieces come together. You’ll serve as an important link between CHP and our external partners—helping recruit and onboard contractors, coordinate schedules and workflows, gather feedback, maintain accurate records, and support business development and outreach efforts. What You’ll Do Build and Support Our Partner Network Recruit, onboard, and support subcontractors and trade partners. Maintain consistent communication with contractors, clients, nonprofit partners, and internal teams. Help partners understand program expectations, requirements, and processes. Gather partner feedback and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and improve the partner experience. Keep Programs Running Smoothly Coordinate schedules, documentation, workflows, and follow-up activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Dynamics 365, GoFormz, SharePoint , and other business systems. Track deadlines, action items, and partner needs. Identify concerns or barriers and escalate them to the appropriate team members. Support Business Development Maintain contractor and partner pipelines and support business development initiatives. Assist with outreach to current and prospective partners. Gather client feedback, testimonials, and stakeholder success stories. Support marketing activities, presentations, community outreach, meetings, and events. Collaborate Across Teams Work closely with Business Development, program staff, field teams, and other internal departments. Help improve processes and workflows across programs. Keep stakeholders informed and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement efforts. What We’re Looking For You may be a strong fit for this role if you: Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Enjoy building relationships with contractors, partners, clients, and coworkers. Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Can work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team. Are comfortable learning program requirements and explaining them clearly to others. Have experience in sales, marketing, business development, project coordination, customer service, or a related field. Have experience working with contractors, service providers, nonprofit organizations, or program partners. Have an interest in or understanding of weatherization, construction, utilities, or energy-efficiency programs . Are comfortable using technology and learning new systems. Technology You’ll Use Experience with some of the following is helpful: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams Dynamics 365 SharePoint Adobe Acrobat GoFormz Online databases and workflow management systems You do not need to know every system on day one—we’re looking for someone who is comfortable learning and adapting to new technology. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree or higher preferred. Approximately 2–4 years of related experience in sales, marketing, project coordination, business development, customer service, or a similar field preferred. Experience with subcontractors, nonprofit organizations, service delivery programs, or grant-funded programs is a plus. Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets CHP insurability requirements. Schedule & Hybrid Work The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break . Occasional evening or weekend work may be needed depending on program or event schedules. This position may work up to two days per week remotely with supervisor approval . Employees working remotely must have reliable broadband internet, an appropriate workspace, remain available during approved working hours, and be able to attend required in-person meetings.
