Business System Manager

📍 Remote (Ireland) is possible. Hybrid (Dublin Office) is also possible

We're partnering with a fast-growing scale-up — with offices across Ireland, the UK, and the USA — to find a Business System Owner to take the reins on their core business systems, with HubSpot at the center of it all.

This is a great fit for someone who loves being the go-to person for how the business runs behind the scenes: keeping systems clean, connected, and actually working for the teams that rely on them every day. **What you'll own:**

- HubSpot — the company's primary CRM/marketing platform, where you'll be the resident specialist: administration, workflow and automation build-out, data hygiene, and user enablement

- The wider systems stack, including Google Workspace (G Suite), Salesloft, Maxio, SAP, QuickBooks, and Dialpad

- System integrations and data flow across sales, finance, and communications tools

- Troubleshooting, training, and ongoing optimization so every team can trust the tools they use

**What we're looking for:**

- Proven, hands-on HubSpot expertise — you know the platform inside and out

- Experience administering or supporting a multi-system business stack (CRM, sales engagement, billing/finance, and comms tools)

- A detail-oriented, process-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills

- Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, finance, and operations teams

- Familiarity with tools like Salesloft, Maxio, SAP, QuickBooks, or Dialpad is a strong plus
