Manage the intake, prioritization, and delivery of enhancement requests, projects, and platform release cycles. Monitor system performance, security, and data integrity, proactively resolving issues and implementing preventive controls. Build reports, dashboards, and automation, including flows, validation rules, and approval processes, to deliver actionable insights and improve efficiency.
