To find out how you could contribute to our mission to conquer cancer as a Business Systems Administrator please read on.

Purpose:

At Lunit, we’re on a mission to prevent advanced-stage cancer. The Business Systems Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring, supporting and continuously improving Lunit’s commercial business applications and related workflows, with a primary focus on Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, ChurnZero, and integrations with other business systems.

The Business Systems Administrator understands commercial business systems and processes, can independently own and improve multiple applications, and is comfortable troubleshooting, learning new technologies, and identifying opportunities for improvement. When this role is successful users have access to the right information at the right time to best support Lunit’s efforts to deliver exceptional sales and customer service. The Business Systems Administrator is naturally curious, enjoys solving problems, has the business acumen to understand the “why” behind assignments, and is excited to learn how commercial systems work together. While experience with Lunit’s specific platforms is valuable, we place equal importance on initiative, adaptability, sound judgment, and a demonstrated ability to learn new technologies.

What you'll be doing:

  • Independently administer, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Salesforce and related commercial business applications, ensuring reliability, data accuracy, and alignment with evolving business needs.
  • Support and improve integrations between Salesforce and other commercial platforms, including ChurnZero, HubSpot, Smartsheet, and other applications. Investigate data synchronization issues, maintain data integrity, and identify opportunities to reduce manual processes and system silos.
  • Own the ongoing administration, configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Salesforce CPQ, including product catalog updates, pricing changes, quoting workflows, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement, while ensuring business continuity.
  • Partner with Customer Success to administer, maintain, and optimize ChurnZero, with a focus on technical administration, system integrations, data integrity, automation, and enabling new functionality that supports customer lifecycle management.
  • Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities to improve existing workflows, implement automation, and enhance system functionality.
  • Take ownership of unfamiliar technical challenges, independently researching, testing, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions. Demonstrate resourcefulness, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for commercial business systems, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Operations to understand business needs, prioritize support requests and enhancements, recommend solutions, and communicate timelines and expectations.
  • Respond to requests with professionalism, empathy, urgency, and clear communication, while setting realistic expectations.
  • Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, integrations, recurring processes, and troubleshooting procedures to ensure effective knowledge transfer and operational continuity.
  • Collaborate with other Business Systems team members to establish technical standards, share knowledge, review system configurations, and provide technical guidance and support to junior colleagues as the team grows.
  • Proactively conduct system maintenance, updates, and monitoring. Participate in security reviews, health checks and business continuity planning.

What you will bring to the role:

  • 3+ years of experience as a hands-on individual contributor administering, configuring, supporting, or implementing business applications in a professional environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and relevant professional experience.
  • Familiarity with commercial processes and workflows, ideally within a SaaS or subscription-based business.
  • Hands-on experience administering, configuring, or supporting Salesforce or comparable commercial business applications, with demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and independently develop technical expertise. Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Understanding of business application integration, data flows, and process automation. Experience supporting multiple interconnected business applications. Experience with ChurnZero, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, HubSpot and Gong preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, curiosity, and the ability to work independently to investigate and resolve unfamiliar technical challenges.
  • A proactive attitude to continuous improvement and a desire to implement best practice solutions.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders from various departments at all levels and skillsets.
  • Experience working with change management and data governance.

What you will receive:

The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $105,000 per annum, full time equivalent. Benefits include the option to participate in medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances; a 401K plan with a company match; and generous paid time off.

Other things to note:

  • This role will be hybrid if the successful applicant lives within commuting distance of our US office (Lynnwood, WA). For candidates outside this location, the role will be fully remote.
  • Candidates must currently have the right to work in the United States to apply.
  • Lunit International operates across multiple time zones, and this role may occasionally require working outside of standard business hours to support international customers or team collaboration. We offer flexible scheduling to help balance these needs with personal commitments/work life balance.
