Business Systems Analyst

Business Systems Analyst Ionic Digital is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to help build and scale the technology foundation that supports our Finance, Accounting, and operational functions. This role will own key business systems, drive automation initiatives, develop integrations across our technology ecosystem, and help ensure the Company operates with accurate, reliable, and audit-ready data as it continues to grow. The Business Systems Analyst will serve as a critical partner to Finance, Accounting, IT, and leadership teams, helping improve business processes, enhance reporting capabilities, automate manual workflows, and support strategic technology initiatives across the organization. Key responsibilities include administering and optimizing NetSuite and related platforms, designing system integrations, implementing automation solutions, supporting internal control execution, developing business intelligence reporting, and evaluating future technology solutions to support the Company’s long-term growth strategy. Essential duties and responsibilities Administer and optimize NetSuite, including configuration, workflows, reporting, dashboards, and role-based access management. Maintain and support Ramp, Power BI, and other finance-adjacent business applications. Own system governance, enhancement backlogs, prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the business systems environment. Lead evaluation and analysis of ERP alternatives and future-state technology solutions as the Company scales. Design and build integrations between NetSuite and adjacent systems, including banking, payroll, digital asset, custody, and operational platforms. Automate close processes, reconciliations, reporting activities, and other manual workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Partner with AI and integration specialists to identify and implement automation opportunities that improve business performance. Implement and maintain system-based controls designed by external SOX consulting resources. Support internal and external audits through system documentation, process documentation, and control evidence management. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, analytics, and data extracts for Finance, Accounting, and executive leadership teams. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across interconnected business systems. Support system implementations, upgrades, technology transformations, and strategic business initiatives. Minimum requirements 3-6 years of experience in a business systems, ERP analyst, finance systems, or related role. Working knowledge of NetSuite, including configuration, reporting, workflows, integrations, and troubleshooting. Demonstrated experience building, supporting, or managing business system integrations. Understanding of core finance and accounting processes, including close cycle, AP/AR, general ledger, and reconciliations. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable technology solutions. Preferred Experience: Experience with API integrations and iPaaS platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, Workato, or similar technologies. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence and analytics platforms. Experience operating within a SOX-controlled environment. Public company experience. Experience in digital assets, bitcoin mining, energy infrastructure, data center operations, or high-performance computing environments. Experience using AI-enabled tools to automate workflows, reporting, or business processes. Skills/Abilities Ability to develop strong business relationships across functions. Ability to embrace change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. Strong team mindset, both within the department and cross-functionally. Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. Exceptional attention to detail is critical for this role. Strong communication skills across Finance, Accounting, Technology, and business stakeholders. Ability to balance business objectives with technical requirements and operational controls.
