About the role As a Business Systems Analyst you will play a key part in enabling colleagues to work effectively by supporting the secure and efficient use of our systems. You will be responsible for managing and improving access and permission processes, maintaining accurate and well-documented records, and contributing to initiatives that enhance system efficiency, security, and overall ways of working. The role requires a proactive approach to understanding system usage, challenging existing processes, and supporting business objectives through continuous improvement.
