Description

OVERVIEW

Cadrex is searching for a Business Systems Analyst who supports business stakeholders, manufacturing operations, and IT teams in gathering requirements, improving processes, and supporting ERP system initiatives — primarily Epicor Kinetic. This role assists with system implementations, data validation, and user support across multi-site manufacturing environments. The position provides an opportunity to develop strong business and technical skills while contributing to operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations.
  • Support the translation of business needs into process flows, functional designs, and system configurations.
  • Help maintain standardized processes and documentation across multiple plants/sites.
  • Participate in ERP implementation activities including testing, training, and deployment support.
  • Support Epicor Kinetic modules (Manufacturing, Inventory, MRP, Finance) under guidance of senior team members.
  • Collaborate with IT and technical teams on reporting, data validation, and issue resolution.
  • Assist plant operations teams in improving production reporting, data accuracy, and system adoption.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training sessions, and end-user documentation.
  • Help track project tasks, action items, and follow-ups across implementation efforts.
Requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years of experience in a business analyst, operations, or manufacturing-related role preferred.
  • Exposure to ERP systems (Epicor experience preferred but not required).
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (shop floor operations, inventory, or supply chain).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and translate business needs into structured documentation.
  • Internship or hands-on experience supporting ERP implementation or system enhancements.
  • Exposure to data analysis, reporting tools, or dashboards.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments or operations workflows.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field

LOCATION

  • Remote.
  • Willingness to travel 50–75% to support onsite implementations, training, and go-live activities.
