Job Description:
- You bring strong business acumen and thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where you can identify opportunities to add value.
- You are a change agent who embraces continuous improvement and adapts your approach to deliver optimal outcomes.
- You bridge the gap between business and technology, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights and user-centric solutions.
- You communicate technical details—such as effort, cost, and system impact—clearly and persuasively, using benchmarks and data to support your recommendations.
- You are a relationship builder who fosters trust and collaboration across cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- You are energised by shaping product direction and aligning teams to deliver on a shared vision.
What You Bring to the Team:
- 5–8 years of experience in business systems analysis, technical consulting, or solution delivery roles, preferably in enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience working with:
- ETL pipelines, RESTful APIs, OAuth tokens, and Postman for testing and integration.
- Data modelling, data lineage, and data quality frameworks.
- Cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, or GCP) and enterprise integration patterns.
- Ability to define and document:
- End-to-end data journeys, system workflows, and non-happy path scenarios.
- Sequence diagrams, workflow diagrams, and architecture overviews using tools like Visio, Draw.io, or Lucid chart.
- Experience collaborating with development teams to:
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Validate solutions through UAT, test case design, and defect triage.
- Strong documentation and knowledge management skills, with the ability to curate and maintain technical artefacts for internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile delivery models, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritisation in collaboration with Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
