Business Technology Intern - Summer 2027

Primary Responsibilities

As a Business Technology Intern, you will:

• Partner with technical administrators to configure and enhance Atlassian tools, including Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
• Research, test, and experiment with Artificial Intelligence capabilities within our technology toolset to identify innovative solutions and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze current business and IT processes, document findings, and draft recommendations for new or improved workflows.
• Assist with projects that address organizational challenges by researching, developing, and implementing practical solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation, reference materials, and process guides to support ongoing operational improvements.

Preferred Areas of Study Students pursuing a bachelor's degree in one of the following or a related field:

• Computer Information Systems (CIS)
• Information Technology
• Information Systems
• Business Information Technology
• Organizational Leadership
• Technology Management
• Other programs that combine business and technology disciplines
