INNOOVA is a Montreal-based boutique consulting firm founded in 2019 with a growing HRIS practice serving clients across the public sector, healthcare, finance, technology, and education. Our team offers the rigour of a recognized firm without the weight of large corporate structures: faster decisions, direct impact, and real ownership from day one.

This Business Transformation Analyst position will work in a large-scale client within the public sector. The mandate exists because business process optimization work on this program must stay tightly connected to best practices. This is a newly opened seat on a fast-moving, high-visibility project.

Your day-to-day impact

• Lead business process analysis workshops with stakeholders to map current-state processes end to end.
  

• Identify gaps and optimization opportunities across people, process, and technology.
  

• Partner with Dayforce configuration leads to align recommended process changes with platform best practices.
  

• Design and deliver clear, compelling stakeholder presentations that translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
  

• Get embedded directly into live process optimization work from day one, with no separate ramp-up project.
  

• Collaborate closely with leads to bring optimized processes in front of the client for sign-off.

• Ability to elicit requirements from stakeholders who may not yet know what they need.
  

• High energy and confidence when facilitating workshops.
  

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.
  

• Comfortable integrating quickly into a large, fast-moving team environment.
  

• Background in business process optimization or organizational change management.
  

• Understanding of Dayforce and its core capabilities (Core HR, Workforce Management, Payroll) is a must.
  

• Experience building and delivering polished stakeholder presentations.
  

Our must-haves

• Bilingualism (French/English) is preferred; English-only proficiency is acceptable.
  

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  

• 4 to 5 years relevant business process advisory experience.
  

• Government of Canada security clearance (reliability status) is required; candidates must have resided in Canada for at least 5 years to be eligible.
  

• The successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in Canada (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit holder), to be confirmed during the background check.
