Role Description This is a part-time remote Buyer role responsible for supporting property acquisition and procurement activities. The Buyer will research potential real estate opportunities, collect and analyze market data, and help evaluate properties based on company criteria and financial viability. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal stakeholders, communicating with external partners and brokers, preparing basic purchasing documentation, and maintaining accurate records of leads and transactions. The role also involves monitoring market trends, assisting with price negotiations under guidance, and ensuring timely follow-up on opportunities and pending actions.
Qualifications

• Ability to conduct thorough market research, analyze property information, and present clear, data-based recommendations.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including maintaining accurate records, managing documentation, and tracking multiple opportunities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, brokers, and other external partners in a professional manner.
• Basic understanding of real estate concepts, investment principles, or procurement processes; prior experience in real estate, buying, or sourcing is an advantage.
• Comfort with remote work tools, including email, spreadsheets, and online collaboration platforms; ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality in handling business information.
• Relevant education in business, real estate, finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
