Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working / processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. Responsibilities - your mission Maintain supplier information and pricing data within SAP MM (Materials Management) and other Airbus procurement tools. Generate and monitor Purchase Orders to ensure on-time, - quality, -cost delivered goods and services. Support the procurement organisation in managing Data Integrity in Procurement Tools. Support buyers with contract management and administration. Manage the electronic storage and archiving of contractual documentation using Airbus internal tools. Initiate and follow up on recurring supplier inputs and required actions. Address ad-hoc requests to meet urgent customer requirements and event needs. Maintain proactive, two-way communication with strategic buyers across central procurement commodities. Drive innovation and digitalization by deploying state-of-the-art procurement processes and tools. Candidate Requirements 1-3 years of experience in Procurement or an equivalent background in administrative operations. Demonstrated proficiency in SAP MM (Materials Management) is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with a focus on administrative and support tasks. Ability to quickly adapt to Airbus E2E Procurement tools (e.g., SAP, E-Proc, Skywise) and proficiency in Google Workspace. Result-oriented mindset with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in English, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment. A collaborative team player, comfortable working in remote and multicultural settings. Willingness to travel (up to once a month) to core Airbus locations in France, Germany, Spain, and the UK.
