Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Windows desktop applications using C++ and C# WPF.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle activities including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate directly with customers and stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide technical solutions, and resolve issues.
• Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to improve build, release, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance, stability, and maintainability.
• Contribute to CI/CD and automation initiatives to improve development efficiency.
• Follow secure coding practices and support compliance with Windows security standards and policies.

Requirements

• :At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:

-C++ development on Windows platforms

-C# and WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)

-Windows Desktop Application Development (not Web Application development)

• Good understanding of:

-Windows Operating System

-Visual Studio

-Object-Oriented Design and Development

• Experience with source control systems such as Bitbucket or Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and build automation.
• Knowledge of scripting technologies such as PowerShell is a plus.
• Understanding of software testing, automation testing, or test frameworks is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good English communication for daily collaboration with global teams.

Nice to have:

• MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes)
• NAnt build automation
• TeamCity
• Knowledge of Windows Security Policy, User Access Control, Group Policy, or related security concepts.
• Previous experience working directly with international customers, especially in an agile environment.
