The C2C Project & Process Specialist will support the Contract-to-Cash Central Europe organization in driving process harmonization, governance, digital transformation, and automation initiatives across multiple countries.

The role combines project management, process excellence, business transformation, and digital innovation to improve transparency, efficiency, and standardization across the Central European Contract-to-Cash landscape.

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager Contract to Cash Central Europe, the successful candidate will work closely with Finance leadership, country organizations, shared service teams, IT functions, and business stakeholders to execute key transformation initiatives and strategic projects.

Location: Region Central Europe (Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Switzerland, Ukraine)

Temporary Position: 24 Months

On a Typical Day You Will

• Coordinate and drive multiple Contract-to-Cash transformation initiatives across Central Europe.

• Develop project plans, track milestones, manage risks, and monitor project progress.

• Facilitate workshops with Finance, Operations, Sales, Shared Services, and other stakeholders.

• Analyze and document business processes, process landscapes, and operating models.

• Support the harmonization of Contract-to-Cash processes across countries and business units.

• Develop governance frameworks, KPI structures, reporting concepts, and management dashboards.

• Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process simplification.

• Evaluate and support implementation of Artificial Intelligence and Business AI use cases.

• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure stakeholder alignment.

• Prepare management presentations, business cases, and decision proposals.

• Perform root-cause analyses and support sustainable process improvements.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Process Management, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Several years of experience in project management, process improvement, transformation, or Finance operations.

• Knowledge of Contract-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, Shared Services, or Finance processes.

• Experience with process documentation and process modeling methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Affinity for digital technologies, automation, and AI applications.

• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, and project management tools.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

• Excellent English communication skills. German is highly desirable.

• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
