Developed detailed Revit models for Chemical, Bulk and Specialty gas system designs during concept, basic, piping and detailed engineering stages Create and manage BIM content, families, templates, and standards. Collaborating with architects and structural engineers to ensure accurate design coordination and optimal space utilization. Develop Site Master Plans (SMP), General Arrangement (GA) Drawings, and 2D/3D models, ensuring compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and engineering best practices. Designed Bulk and specialty systems, and equipment using Auto CAD and Revit, including Single Line Diagrams (SLD), Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Piping Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), Isometric Drawings. Develop & Managed LOD-350+ models for detailed design and coordination, ensuring that all Process, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were fully integrated and clash-free before construction. Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project standards, and client specifications. Prepare detailed engineering and construction drawings using AutoCAD and related CAD software. Review of GC and vendor models (beyond LOD 350) for gas system specialty gas and bulk gas system designs during concept, basic, piping and detailed engineering stages. Collaborating with cross-functional teams while developing the Model. Co-ordinate with cross functional team for space management. Conducted clash detection and resolved conflicts using Navis works and BIM 360. Support BIM execution planning and implementation across projects. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline 8+ years of experience in BIM/CAD design and coordination for Semiconductor/Similar Industrial projects. Strong understanding of Process Chemical, Bulk & Specialty Gas utility system. Expert in handling- Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, ACC.
