We are seeking a fast-moving, system-savvy customer support agent who thrives in high-volume, data-driven environments.

The ideal candidate is a high-energy multitasker with an exceptional eye for detail and strong analytical skills. In this role, they will review and audit accounts payable transactions, invoice processing, and vendor records to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Rather than relying on years of strict AP accounting background, we value individuals who pick up new computer systems quickly, love working with numbers, and bring a sense of urgency to resolving discrepancies.

✅ What you will do:

• Inbox Triage & Queue Management
• Rapidly sort incoming emails—filtering out noise, spam, and routine receipts so only actionable invoices reach the processing queue.
• Invoice Extraction & Data Validation
• Validate extracted OCR data against source PDFs (DocuPeak) to ensure all required fields are accurate.
• Identify and manually correct missing data, prioritizing critical fields like due dates to prevent vendor service disruptions.
• Systems Navigation & Exception Handling
• Seamlessly toggle between ERP platforms and DocuPeak to cross-reference and unify data.
• Escalate ambiguous entries, mismatches, or high-complexity edge cases to senior reviewers without guessing.

💻 Technical Requirements (BYOD)

• Internet speed: Minimum 50 Mbps (upload and download)
• System: Windows 10 or more, 32-bit operating system
• 16 GB RAM or more
• Laptop (No Chromebook or Linux OS)
• Minimum Intel Core i5 processor or equivalent
• Windows or Mac operating system
• Quiet and dedicated workspace (Wired noise-canceling headset) suitable for remote work

📌Schedule availability:

• Monday through Sunday - two days off are/week
• Between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST
