Your main mission: The Systems Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, including computer systems, networks, servers, peripherals, and related technologies. The role ensures the reliable operation of hardware and software while providing timely technical support to end users. The Systems Technician also assists with system upgrades, security, and documentation to maintain a stable and secure IT environment.
✔️ What will your day-to-day look like?
Responsibilities include:
- Safely drive executives, and other authorized personnel to and from their destinations, including meetings, airport, events,etc.
- Ensure the preservation of professionalism, courtesy, and strict confidentiality throughout all interactions with executives and guests.
- Ensure timely arrival and pickup schedule.
- Provide real-time updates on travel status, delays, or changes.
- Cultivate positive and collaborative relationships with external partners such as MLSS, PICA, MFA, and MNS, etc, while facilitating document distribution and executing business requirements.
- Assist the Resort Executive Office, Accounting, and Human Resources Department with banking and administrative requirements by dropping off or picking up cheques and documents, and other items.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and maintained in excellent operating condition.
- Arrange for vehicle servicing, promptly report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel usage, maintenance, and trips.
- Coordinate schedules with the Resort Executive Assistant.
- Adhere with all local driving laws and traffic.
- Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, when business demands.
- Any other duties which may be assigned by the Director of Operations or Resort Executive Office.

The Executive Driver is responsible for maintaining a spotless safety record, providing professional and confidential service, and managing a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. A professional driving experience in the hospitality, corporate, or luxury service sectors. It is imperative to maintain a discreet, trustworthy, and reliable demeanor while demonstrating expertise in GPS navigation and strategic route planning. Furthermore, success in this role requires excellent communication skills coupled with exceptional organization and efficient time management.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years' professional driving experience, preferably in the hospitality, corporate, or luxury service industry.
- Defensive driving certification is an asset.
- Knowledge of local roads, airports, hotels, attractions, and traffic patterns.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
Knowledge:
- Maintain a spotless driving and safety record.
- Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
The incumbent must Have:
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation and route planning.
- Assertive Communication

- Discreet, trustworthy, and reliable.
- Physically fit to assist with luggage or other needs.
Languages:
- English native - Advance
- Spanish is a plus.
