Responsibilities
Answer incoming member calls regarding account services, online banking, loans, transfers, account maintenance, and other financial needs.
Deliver exceptional member service while identifying opportunities to recommend products and services that meet members' needs.
Assist members with online banking, the mobile app, and basic technical troubleshooting.
Access member accounts to review balances, transactions, statements, and loan information.
Research and resolve member account concerns accurately and efficiently.
Meet established service, sales, and performance goals.
Promote ECU products and services, including loan opportunities.
Assist members with initiating Consumer and Mortgage loan applications.
Identify and escalate suspicious activity or potential fraud risks.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of member information
Contribute to achieving team performance goals.
Create a positive, professional experience with every member interaction.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bilingual in Spanish is a must.
Two or more years of Credit Union or banking experience preferred.
Previous Call Center experience preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Comfortable identifying member needs and cross-selling appropriate products and services.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
Organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
NMLS licensed or ability to obtain licensing
Basic math proficiency.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Dependable, professional, and able to remain calm under pressure.
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 8:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:45 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Rotating Saturdays: 8:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.
