Call Center Representative
for our

General Purpose
Customer service skills are essential. You will contact homeowners by phone, set qualified appointments for free consultations, and maintain accurate lead information and reports. You will also handle incoming calls from potential customers responding to our advertising efforts.
Responsibilities
Deliver scripted pitches to homeowners
Adjust messaging to meet the needs of specific customers
Handle questions and overcome objections professionally
Collect homeowner information (name, address, phone number, etc.)
Set and confirm appointments for in-home consultations
Enter appointment and customer data into the system
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all conversations
Coordinate appointments with canvassers and sales representatives
Conduct quality control calls
Answer inbound calls from potential customers
Follow up with homeowners after initial contact
Update lead information and maintain reports
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles (preferred)
Previous experience in a call center, telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred, not required)
Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus, but not required
Proficiency with basic computer applications
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
