Caller / Lead Qualification Specialist (Remote)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CST

Compensation: $1,200 USD/month base + performance bonuses

Wisconsin Carports & Steel Buildings is a Midwest steel building dealership helping homeowners, farmers, businesses, and commercial customers design and purchase custom steel buildings across the United States.

We're hiring an energetic, confident Caller / Lead Qualification Specialist to work our lead pipeline from first contact through the sales handoff. You'll spend your day on the phone — reaching new leads, nurturing warm ones, and re-engaging cold ones — with the goal of getting qualified customers in front of our Sales Managers.

This is a high-volume calling role: expect 120–150+ outbound calls per day. If you thrive on phone conversations and don't get rattled by rejection, this is built for you.

• Make outbound calls to new and existing leads
• Follow up with warm and cold leads to keep them engaged
• Understand each customer's project goals, timeline, budget, and building needs
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments with Sales Managers
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM

• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation
• Comfortable with high call volume (120–150+ calls/day) and objection handling
• Friendly, confident, professional phone presence
• Strong active listening and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated
• Reliable internet and a quiet home work environment
• Prior experience in call centers, outbound sales, appointment setting, or customer service preferred
• CRM experience a plus (HubSpot especially)

Base pay is $1,200 USD/month, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
