Position Title: Quality Control Associate Reporting Structure: Reports to the Quality Control Director Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position is $60,000-$65,000, depending on experience and skill sets Job Classification: Full-time, non-exempt Schedule: Full-time, 50+ hours per week during peak times in the summer and fall and may include evenings and weekends Location: Remote Benefits: RFS offers all full-time employees who remain with our team for more than three months full health care, dental, and vision benefits. Position Summary Revolution Field Strategies (RFS) is seeking talented, driven individuals for the role of Quality Control Associate, who will be responsible for managing the intake, validation, and quality control of voter registration forms, signature collection forms, or door knocking data for RFS programs across the country. Quality Control Associates will report directly to the Quality Control Director. This role is remote. Salaries for this position range from $60,000 to $65,000 based on experience and skillset. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily intake of voter registration forms, signature collection forms, or door knocking data for various projects throughout the country Develop and maintain a strict process for documenting and storing voter registration forms Ensure reporting and accountability protocols are followed to provide up-to-date, actionable data and information to campaign leadership Qualifications S trong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to process data Strong analytical skills Ability and willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule, which can be expected to require 50+ hours per week during peak times in the summer and fall, and may include evenings and weekends.
