At ExWo we’re building a global digital platform focused on fairness, simplicity, and radical transparency. We’re not here to reinvent the wheel - we’re here to make it turn better. Our mission is simple: treat customers right, cut the nonsense, and build a product that earns trust every step of the way. We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to own the strategy, planning, and execution of our retention and engagement campaigns - turning customer data and insight into smart, measurable campaigns that drive real results, and helping shape how our customers connect with our product. What You’ll Do: Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and monitor execution of retention and engagement campaigns across email, push, SMS, and Telegram. Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and measurement frameworks aligned with business goals. Lead customer segmentation and targeting strategy to maximize relevance and impact. Brief, guide, and review the work of CRM specialists and content/design contributors on campaign execution. Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior trends, turning data into actionable optimizations. Manage the CRM and marketing automation tools, ensuring they are configured for accuracy, efficiency, and a smooth user experience. Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders and leadership. Oversee QA processes to ensure all marketing communications are consistent, accurate, and on-brand. Test and iterate on campaign approaches (A/B testing, personalization, timing, channel mix) to continuously improve results. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to align campaigns with broader business priorities. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or digital campaign management, with a track record of owning campaigns end-to-end. Strong knowledge of CRM systems & marketing automation tools (Optimove or similar). Advanced analytical and data skills (Excel, Google Sheets, and comfort working with performance/reporting dashboards). Proven experience with customer segmentation, email marketing tools, and push/SMS platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief teams and present results clearly. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A proactive, data-driven mindset with a strong bias toward testing and continuous improvement. Nice To Have: Experience in iGaming, fintech, or another fast-moving, regulated digital industry. What We Offer: Competitive salary and annual performance bonus. Premium health insurance. Up to 25 days paid annual leave. 1 work-from-home day per week. Opportunity to grow within a dynamic international company. A collaborative, fun, and forward-thinking work culture. If you’re ready to bring your energy, empathy, and excellence into a fast-moving, player-first environment - we’d love to meet you.
