Job description

You are the hands-on professional who ensures the flawless delivery of our campaigns. As a Campaign Manager (CM), you directly contribute to the success of the team and our clients by handling the setup, launching, and continuous tracking of various digital media campaigns—from receiving the client brief through to post-campaign analysis.

You are at the heart of the action, ensuring the application of best practices, protecting brand safety for advertisers, and constantly identifying opportunities for improvement. Your goal is to master the fundamentals of campaign setup, technical implementation, pacing, and reporting.

Your Responsibilities (What You Will Do Daily)
  • Implement and Optimize: Ensure the technical implementation, configuration, and optimization of advertising campaigns (Programmatic, Social, PPC/SEM) across various platforms.

  • Guarantee Quality: Ensure that campaigns adhere to technical specifications, deadlines, and performance objectives.

  • Daily Monitoring: Track campaign pacing, budgets, and delivery against client goals. Proactively flag issues to ensure spend and performance remain on plan. Use VAKAD pacing monitors and alert systems to report delivery risks in real time.

  • Ensure Brand Protection: Implement rigorous brand safety measures to safeguard our clients' reputations.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Configure dashboards, update tracking tools, and provide accurate weekly pacing and performance reports. Offer clear analysis on key success drivers, bottlenecks, and next steps.

  • Collaboration: Partner with strategy teams, clients, and external partner agencies to provide technical specs, ensure creative asset alignment, and support smooth campaign launches.

  • Troubleshooting: Quickly identify technical or performance issues and propose concrete, effective solutions.

Your Assets (What You Bring)
  • Education: College diploma or degree in marketing, communications, or media.

  • Experience: Ideally 1 year of relevant experience in digital campaign management.

  • Knowledge: Strong interest in and basic knowledge of (or willingness to acquire) Programmatic, Social Ads, and PPC/SEM (Google Ads, Bing, etc.).

  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel (you love pivot tables).

  • Language: Essential bilingualism (strong command of spoken and written French and English).

Your Skills (Your Glassroom Mindset)
  • Proactivity & Autonomy: You take initiative and move forward independently (with team support, of course!).

  • Hands-on Approach: You love getting your hands dirty and diving deep into platforms.

  • Clarity and Synthesis: You can take a complex context, simplify it, and synthesize your thoughts clearly for colleagues or clients.

  • Insatiable Curiosity: You are always asking yourself, "What if we did things differently?"

  • Thriving Under Pressure: You handle deadlines with a positive attitude and strong focus.

  • Refined Communication: Your communications are clear, precise, and professional.

Salary Range

50 000 - 56 000 $ yearly.
