We’re looking for fluent Cantonese and English speakers for a paid 3-week training program leading to a fully remote, full-time interpreter position.

Training Program
Successful candidates will complete a paid 3-week training program designed to prepare them for live interpreting.
• 2 hours of live training per day
• Training time: 7:00 AM–9:00 AM California time
• 5 additional hours of paid homework/assignments each week
• 35 paid hours per week during training
Requirements
• Fluent in Cantonese
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable internet connection
• Professional and positive attitude
• Ability to work remotely
• Available for full-time work starting at 7:00 AM California time
Application & Selection Process
1️⃣ Submit your resume
2️⃣ Complete an English language test
3️⃣ Candidates who pass the English test will complete a Cantonese language test
4️⃣ Successful candidates proceed through the client’s hiring process
The language tests are designed to assess fluency rather than specific interpretation experience.
Important Test Requirements
💻 You must use a laptop or desktop computer only. Mobile phones and tablets are not permitted.
🌐 A stable internet connection is very important.
⚠️ During the test:
• Follow all instructions carefully
• Close all other applications, websites, and browser tabs
• Only keep the test open
• The system may detect other activity and automatically disqualify candidates
• Keep a pen and paper available for taking notes
• Use English only during the English test
• Demonstrate a strong range of vocabulary and ability to construct complete, detailed sentences
