Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Cantonese to English Interpreter. The Interpreter will provide real-time, accurate, and culturally sensitive interpretation between Cantonese and English during phone and online sessions, including customer service, medical, legal, and business-related calls. Day-to-day tasks include listening and understanding spoken Cantonese, conveying messages clearly and neutrally in English, and maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct in all interactions. The role involves following client-specific protocols, documenting session details when required, and collaborating with supervisors and team members to ensure service quality. The Interpreter will also participate in ongoing training, quality assurance activities, and performance feedback sessions to maintain high standards and comply with industry and company guidelines.
