Captain

The Captain of an ultra-luxury vessel is the highest-ranking officer onboard who has full overriding authority to make executive decisions to preserve the safety of life, the environment, and the yacht. The Captain commands the yacht and is responsible for the safe, smooth, and efficient operation of the yacht while ensuring as a priority the highest levels of guest satisfaction and safety. The Captain oversees all aspects of the yacht’s operation, including navigation, crew management, guest experience, and compliance with the company's Safety Management System, international maritime regulations, and national and local laws. This role requires exceptional leadership, operational expertise, and a strong commitment to excellence, maintaining the Four Seasons culture of the golden standard and luxurious experience to the guests.
