Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Car Expert role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. Processing motor insurance claims including estimation and loss adjustment, verifying claim documentation, evaluating claim eligibility and calculating appropriate cost of repair or claim settlements accurately within a strict turnaround time. Handle and negotiate cost of repair/settlement with external parties. Participate in projects and initiatives set to achieve the departmental and organization key goals. Knowledge of motor insurance operations & Merimen is necessary. Certificate in Basic Certificate Course in Insurance Loss Adjusting (BCCILA). Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate and handle negotiation. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel). Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English. Ability to travel if required.
