This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with financial systems, and delivering exceptional service while protecting sensitive member information. What You’ll Do Process credit card payment exceptions and review activity reports Research and resolve card-related issues and payment exceptions Assist members and staff with card service inquiries Monitor and respond to fraud, lost/stolen cards, and account abuse Process balance transfers, returns, check requests, and account closures Maintain accurate records and protect confidential information Support department operations and ensure policy compliance Is This You? High School Diploma or equivalent Financial services industry experience Strong computer and application skills Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities Team player with a positive attitude and flexibility Professionalism in conduct, communication, and appearance Ability to be bonded Preferred But Not Required: College degree, service/sales experience, and previous experience in a similar or related role.
