Care Coordinator (Healthcare Support) | Remote After Training | Start Date: Nov 2

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providers, pharmacies, and insurance payers

• Coordinate benefits, prior authorizations, appeals, enrollment, and patient support services

• Guide patients through access, affordability, and reimbursement processes

• Build strong relationships with healthcare providers and patients

• Manage inbound and outbound calls while maintaining accurate documentation

• Ensure compliance with program guidelines, SOPs, and privacy standards

What We're Looking For:

• HUB, Patient Services, Reimbursement, Insurance, Healthcare Billing, or Benefit Verification experience

• Strong knowledge of prior authorizations, appeals, and medical/pharmacy insurance terminology

• Call center or customer service experience in a healthcare environment

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask across multiple systems and work independently

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Schedule: Monday-Friday, between 8:00 AM-8:00 PM EST

Duration: 3-Month Contract

Training: 4-5 weeks onsite training, then remote (attendance during training is required)

Start Date: November 2

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
