Remote Care Navigator Fully Remote | Monday-Friday | 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EST TEKsystems is hiring Remote Care Navigators to support patients through the referral and appointment scheduling process. If you have healthcare administrative, medical office, patient scheduling, or healthcare call center experience, we'd love to speak with you. Responsibilities Contact patients by phone, email, and text to schedule appointments. Coordinate referrals and follow up with healthcare providers. Educate patients on next steps and available resources. Document patient interactions in EMR/CRM systems. Ensure referrals are completed accurately and on time. Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 2+ years of healthcare administration, patient scheduling, medical office, referral coordination, or healthcare call center experience. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
