Care Navigator - 7202 Hot Job Fully Remote • Atlanta, GA 30303; Augusta, GA 30906; North Augusta, SC 29841 Apply Overview Position Type OnDemand Visit Travel Percentage None Category Customer Service Apply Description Position Summary: • Engage directly with EMTs or Paramedics on the scene of low acuity 911 calls to assess the situation and determine the appropriateness of a telehealth visit. • Coordinate and facilitate seamless telehealth visits between on-scene crew members and medical group professionals, ensuring high-quality care and patient satisfaction. • Operate computer, camera, and microphone equipment with proficiency to manage video visits and related documentation. • Communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, patients, and emergency responders to ensure accurate information exchange and coordination of care. • Work under a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail and prioritization. • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times, ensuring patient privacy and data security. • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay abreast of best practices in telehealth and emergency medical coordination. Qualifications Qualifications and Requirements: Proven experience in a healthcare setting, telehealth, or emergency response coordination is highly desirable. Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate and troubleshoot computer, camera, and microphone systems efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in emergency medical services, nursing, or related field is a plus. Ability to work 12-hour shifts, either days or nights, weekends, and holidays, according to a 2/3/2 rotating schedule.
