📅 What a Typical Workday May Look Like

Because the position is remote, your daily schedule is managed virtually.

A typical day may include:

Client Appointments: Meet with individuals and families through Zoom or phone to discuss available benefits.

Client Follow-Up: Contact interested clients, respond to questions, confirm appointments, and follow up on incomplete applications or requested information.

Benefits Education: Explain coverage options and help clients understand how different benefits work.

Enrollment: Once properly licensed, help eligible clients complete applications and enrollment.

Customer Service: Assist existing clients with policy questions, beneficiary information, coverage reviews, and general support.

Training & Development: Participate in virtual coaching, product education, skills development, and team meetings.

Organization: Maintain accurate digital records and manage your appointment and follow-up schedule.

Successful representatives are comfortable balancing client service, sales activity, follow-up, training, and independent schedule management.

📞 Qualified Client Opportunities — No Traditional Cold Calling

Representatives have access to qualified client opportunities, including individuals and families who have requested or expressed interest in receiving information regarding available benefits.

You are not required to purchase leads.

This position may still involve outbound calls and client follow-up, but representatives are not expected to rely solely on randomly calling consumers who have never expressed interest.

Your client process generally follows:

Connect → Understand Needs → Educate → Recommend → Enroll → Provide Ongoing Service

This allows representatives to focus on client relationships and benefits education while building their business.
