About the Role

We're looking for a Career Development and Public Relations Specialist to join our Sales, Marketing & Partnerships team. You'll guide prospective applicants through our programs, coordinate with partner institutions and agencies, and support our Global Partnerships Managers day-to-day. It's a role for someone organized, personable, and comfortable moving between sales conversations and partner coordination.


What You'll Do

  • Guide prospective applicants through program options, pricing, and the application process
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess applicant eligibility
  • Build and maintain relationships with partner schools, universities, and agencies
  • Support outreach to new institutions and represent RMC Asia at info sessions and events
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team on partner-facing materials and updates
  • Keep accurate records of applicant and partner activity, and report on progress


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Education, International Relations, or related field
  • Verifiable experience in recruitment, HR, or Cultural Exchange programs
  • Prior experience working with students is a strong advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Highly organized, with strong multitasking skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Google Workspace


Nice to Have

  • Experience in education or travel
  • Additional language proficiency
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity from prior international exposure
