Take your first step toward growing your career by joining us. The Specialist II owns attendance, performance, and licensure/certification compliance cases end-to-end. Acts as a coach to leaders – raising caregiver relations literacy, ensuring due process, and escalating seamlessly when risk elevates. Advises, not just administers – crafts fair, defensible corrective action plans. Uses data patterns to spot underlying drivers; recommends systemic fixes. Models trauma-informed facilitation in difficult conversations. Conduct fact-finding; recommend and draft corrective actions (performance improvement plans, finals) Manage licensure/compliance cases with HR Operations; coordinate administrative leaves as needed Facilitate leader/caregiver meetings with clarity, dignity and due process Track commitments and outcomes; escalate to Tier III when evidence or allegations warrant Surface trends and propose policy/education improvements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years employee relations experience or meets education requirement. Prior experience with investigative writing Prior experience with case management systems Prior experience with ADA/FMLA policies and procedures EDUCATION: Associates degree or meets experience requirements SKILLS: Strong communication skills; verbal and written Proven ability to facilitate sensitive conversations Proven ability to de-escalate Proven ability to prioritize INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
