This is a full-time remote role for a Client Relations Specialist at Kept Companies. Work hours are from 8AM to 1PM Monday thru Thursday with the potential for additional hours as needed. This is a REMOTE position. Role Description: The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. The day-to-day tasks of the role include providing customer support, communicating with clients, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise. The Client Relations Specialist will work closely with the operations team to coordinate and deliver exceptional service to clients. Qualifications: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships Experience in customer satisfaction and customer support Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Additional qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include: Experience in facility maintenance or related industry.
