Closing Date: 14th September 2026 Contract Type: Part Time, Permanent Salary: £11,173 Hours: 15 per week Location: Allans Nursery We are looking for a Caretaker/Cleaner to compliment the facilities team within Allan’s Nursery, Baker Street, Stirling. The successful candidate will deliver a caretaking and cleaning service, including key-holding in support of the Nursery community on a 15 hrs per week 52.2 week per year permanent contract. Hours of work will be 07:00-08:00//split// 18:00-20:00 Monday to Friday paid at Stirling Council Grade 3. Personal protective equipment, tools and training will be provided where necessary. Applicants should be capable of lifting heavy items, cleaning surfaces to head height and prepared to work alone and at times to work outdoors in inclement weather. Applicants will also require a basic working knowledge of IT and be willing to undertake training to allow them to utilise Stirling Council online training and human resources IT applications. The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children and Adults.
