Carpenter Foreman

Are you a seasoned carpenter ready to take the lead? We're looking for a Carpenter Foreman who knows how to build—and how to bring out the best in a crew. This role is for the builder who: Leads by example and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty Keeps projects moving, teams motivated, and standards high Communicates clearly with clients, crews, and contractors Takes pride in craftsmanship and job site excellence What You’ll Do: Oversee daily site operations and manage crew productivity Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers Mentor and train carpenters and laborers What You Bring: 5+ years of hands-on carpentry experience (foreman or lead preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to solve problems and adapt on the fly A deep knowledge of tools, materials, and construction methods Driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a great work ethic What We Offer: Opportunities for advancement and professional development A tight-knit team that values respect, hard work, and craftsmanship Step up and lead with confidence.
