The Consultant EVIP Signature Experience Specialist serves as the Single Point of Accountability, strategic owner, and project manager for the end-to-end relocation experience of senior-level and executive customers.
This role delivers a highly customized, white-glove experience, independently managing complex relocations with minimal oversight. It requires advanced project management, executive communication, and proactive problem-solving, particularly in global relocations.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Executive-Level Service Delivery & Ownership
- Serve as the primary point of accountability and strategic advisor for executive relocations
- Independently manage the full relocation lifecycle
- Deliver a white-glove, highly personalized experience
- Maintain a reduced, curated caseload for exceptional service quality
Project Management & Coordination
- Act as project manager (timelines, risks, deliverables)
- Lead cross-functional teams and suppliers
- Proactively resolve issues and mitigate risks
- Streamline processes to reduce client effort
Client & Executive Engagement
- Build trusted advisor relationships with executive clients
- Provide 24/7 accessibility and guidance
- Simplify complex processes into executive-ready insights
- Lead needs assessments and policy navigation
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
- Orchestrate supplier performance and accountability
- Conduct regular touchpoints to ensure alignment
- Eliminate duplication and enhance coordination
- Strengthen internal and external partnerships

Qualifications / Selection Criteria:
- 2+ years of international relocation experience
- Ability to provide 24/7 support
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in relocation, mobility, or a client-focused service environment
- Strong commitment to accuracy, process discipline, and data integrity across all aspects of work
- Proven ability to analyze, problem solve, and independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build trust with executive-level clients
- Demonstrated history of top-tier service performance, consistently delivering high-touch, client-centric experiences
