THE OPPORTUNITY As a Case Manager within our National Self- Insurance business unit, you will support injured workers and employers through the recovery and return to work journey. You will manage a portfolio of workers’ compensation claims, providing timely, empathetic, and customer-focused support while ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice guidelines. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Parramatta, with work-from-home flexibility (up to 3 days per week). YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Manage a portfolio of workers’ compensation claims, ensuring timely and sustainable outcomes. Provide early intervention, support, and guidance to injured workers and employers throughout the recovery and return to work process. Deliver a customer-focused claims experience through clear communication and effective stakeholder management. Coordinate claims reviews, case conferences, and engagement with healthcare providers and key stakeholders. Ensure claims are managed in line with legislation, compliance requirements, and internal frameworks. ABOUT YOU Demonstrated experience managing workers’ compensation claims or a similar case management role. Strong understanding of the claims lifecycle, recovery, and return to work principles. Ability to manage competing priorities while delivering customer-focused outcomes. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
