About the Role

As a Compliance Clerk, you will be the final quality-control checkpoint for case documentation. You will ensure that forms, written materials, supporting evidence, and case packets are accurate, complete, consistent, and clearly written before they move forward.

Responsibilities

• Review legal forms, written materials, supporting evidence, and case packets for accuracy and completeness.
• Compare information across documents to identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing details.
• Proofread English-language documents for grammar, clarity, formatting, and professional tone.
• Confirm that supporting documents are legible, correctly labeled, and properly organized.
• Ensure all materials follow internal procedures, approved templates, and quality standards.
• Document findings, provide clear corrections, and verify that issues are resolved before cases move forward.
• Guide and mentor team members, promoting adherence to best practices in legal documentation.
• Maintain document review protocols and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Advanced English level (C1 required), with excellent writing, grammar, and editing skills.
• Experience reviewing or proofreading detailed documents; legal experience is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PDF tools, and digital platforms.
• Full-time availability during Pacific Time business hours and a reliable home office setup.
