  • Lead complex, cross-border RFP opportunities, working closely with GTB management, sector bankers, transaction bankers and product specialists to deliver competitive, client-focused proposals.
  • Drive the standardisation and continuous improvement of RFP processes, tools and governance across countries.
  • Oversee RFP pricing and commercial positioning, ensuring alignment with business strategy and market competitiveness.
  • Lead the preparation of high-quality client materials and participate in client presentations and discussions, including shortlisted opportunities.
  • Monitor RFP pipeline, progress and outcomes, managing follow-ups and ensuring timely responses to client queries through to final decision.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on RFP activity, identifying trends, gaps and opportunities to enhance performance and revenue generation.
  • Maintain and enhance the RFP content database, ensuring accuracy, consistency and scalability.
  • Stay informed of market developments, competitor activity and the evolving cash management product landscape.

Requirements
