Casino Coordinator (Dutch Speaking)

As a Casino Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding casino experience for our players. Working within a regulated Dutch iGaming environment, you will be responsible for ensuring that new casino content is released accurately, on time, and in full compliance with Dutch regulatory requirements. Managing a portfolio of over 4 ,000 casino games from more than 40 + leading game providers, you will coordinate every stage of the game release process from certification and asset management to quality assurance and launch planning. Each month, you'll oversee the successful delivery of approximately 100+ new game releases, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure every launch meets the highest standards of quality, compliance, and player experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end release of new slot and live casino content across desktop, mobile web and native applications. Maintain the casino release roadmap, coordinating approximately 180 new, exclusive and promotional game launches each month. Ensure every game launch is completed accurately, on schedule and only after all operational, technical and compliance requirements have been met. Collect, review and maintain game certifications and supporting documentation in line with Dutch regulatory requirements and audit standards. Source, organise and publish game artwork, tiles, banners and other promotional assets, working closely with internal design teams and external providers. Conduct pre-launch quality assurance covering game functionality, gameplay, localisation, win verification, presentation and regulatory requirements. Identify, investigate and coordinate the resolution of game, integration, asset and launch issues with providers and technical teams. Provide second-line operational support for casino content and assist Customer Service with product knowledge and casino-related enquiries. Support casino promotions and campaigns by ensuring the required games, assets, configurations and launch dependencies are in place. Coordinate live casino operations, including new tables, dedicated studios, content accuracy and dealer- or provider-related enquiries. Build effective working relationships with game providers and collaborate closely with Product, Design, Compliance, Marketing, Customer Support and Technical teams. Demonstrate excellent organisation, attention to detail and time management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced regulated environment. Bring strong communication, problem-solving and technical investigation skills, alongside a genuine interest in slots, live casino, game mechanics and industry trends. Work independently while remaining approachable, collaborative and comfortable communicating with both commercial and technical stakeholders. Continuously improve processes by challenging inefficient ways of working and using AI, automation, data and emerging technologies to improve quality, efficiency and the player experience.
